2. ORDER SHIPPING and DELIVERY

At buypackagings, we collaborate with reputable and efficient delivery forwarders to ensure the prompt production and shipping of your orders. However, please be aware that all production and shipping turnaround times provided are estimations, and we cannot be held responsible for any consequential damages resulting from delays in shipment or delivery. We take utmost care in packaging our products to withstand potential handling challenges during international shipping. Production costs are subject to change due to various factors, including materials, labor, exchange rate fluctuations, and other cost considerations. Such changes may be implemented immediately. Shipping and delivery for orders are fulfilled by shipping couriers and freight companies designated by buypackagings, rather than directly by us. We do not assume monetary liability for errors, delays, or damages arising from shipping, as damages are solely the responsibility of the courier or freight company. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged products, we will assist you in initiating an investigation to claim damages and compensation from the respective shipping company, working towards a resolution.
Technical difficulties, such as equipment failure, malfunction, or other technical issues, may cause delays in the printing process. In such cases, applicable rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived. However, technical difficulties cannot be grounds for order cancellation. For high quantity products, shipping rates may depend on the customer's access to a shipping dock and forklift. Additional charges may apply if such access is unavailable. Customers are accountable for all shipping/delivery charges, custom clearance fees, duties, and taxes for both initial and subsequent orders.
Shipping costs are estimated based on packing size, weight, and prevailing rates, and are subject to change to accommodate potential variations in these costs between the quotation date and the execution date. Additional charges may be incurred for custom clearance, examination, and supplementary fees during transportation. It is the customer's responsibility to provide all requested information during the shipping and customs clearance process. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional fees. We disclaim all liability for any fees, charges, or penalties associated with non-compliance with shipping and customs clearance procedures.

3. COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS

By utilizing Content alongside other materials in your Products, you accept full responsibility for their combination. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to obtain appropriate authorizations from the owners before incorporating any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or copyrighted work of any third party into your Products. Furthermore, you guarantee that your Products do not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, the right of publicity or privacy. You also affirm that your Products will not engage in any form of libel or defamation against a third party. You assert that you possess all the necessary rights or permissions to include third-party materials in your Products. When placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have the required permission, right, and authority to proceed with the order, thereby granting buypackagings authorization to produce the Products on your behalf.

4. CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK

For optimal results, please ensure that all artwork, designs, and images are provided in CMYK format and meet the minimum resolution requirement of 300 DPI. It is important to note that bupackagings cannot be held responsible for any color variations that may arise during the conversion process from RGB to CMYK color modes. Additionally, bupackagings is not liable for any quality issues, such as fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated images, that may occur due to customer-provided artwork.

5. CONDITIONS RELATED TO PAYMENT

The prices displayed on our website for each product are stated in USD. By proceeding with the purchase of a service from us, you agree to be responsible for all associated charges, including shipping, taxes, and any additional expenses. Processing fees will be deducted from your credit card, and the updated amount will be reflected on the website to ensure convenience. Once you have placed an order, it will be forwarded to our processing department. You are obligated to cover any applicable taxes, processing fees, and other charges. Please note that modifications to design files or production time cannot be made unless specifically notified. Your order will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.

6. DESIGN FILES

The customer is solely responsible for the design files; you are therefore requested to proof read everything before submitting it. Check your Post Office guidelines to get yourself familiarized with the latest mailing restrictions for your artworks. We take the necessary steps to safeguard your artwork files; however, we are not responsible for their loss or damage. Also, you give your consent to the use of images. You are giving your consent that your artwork files won’t contain any material that would give rise to any criminal, civil, publicity, privacy, and intellectual copyrights issue. We won’t print any materials that promote sexuality or violence.

7. PRODUCT TIME

The turnaround time begins once your order is placed, files are uploaded, and we receive your approval. For next day printing, as mentioned earlier, we require a hardcopy approval. In case of any issues with the file, the turnaround time will be redefined until we receive the correct artwork. For all jobs approved by 6:00 PM, the turnaround time will start from that business day. Please note that we are closed on major holidays and weekends (Saturdays/Sundays), and these days will not be included in the production time. Additionally, please consider that the chosen shipping method may impact the overall turnaround time.
